this is a little somethin i've started doing b/c i got tired of splenda and cinnamon. I take a little bit of crystal lite powder and use that instead of splenda. the lemon ade flavor is the best IMO, almost like a pie filling type tast.

Good suggestion!
If you are like me and use Crystal Light in almost everything during contest preps (… ok everything excepted white eggs ;D), you could also try Nestea powder… it tastes as good as Crystal Light and allows you to switch from Aspartame to Sucralose!

i'm not sure what i am doing wrong with the pancakes but everytime i try and make them i get a fluffed up dry egg tasting burnt gunk paste. i always use pasterurized whites in the carton however, do you guys use straight up whites for this?

I going to try that on sat with my oatmeal, I wish I could eat carbs today because that sounds really good.

I once read something that Paul Dillet did with his oatmeal, and once I tried it it was pretty darn good! I think you used peanut butter, a pack or two of Splenda, some whip cream, and cinnamon. Mix it all up, and it came out pretty good- he said it was like cheating and he was right. As long as it's within your calorie/carb intake for the day, why not? Have something you enjoy and take the burden off the drab dieting syndrome. This is a good one to try and not blow your diet (though I don't really believe "blowing your diet" is possible).
