Kind of. I can't say I followed it exactly but fairly close. It is similar to the Beverly diet (Beverly Nutrition) where you are very low carbs with a couple of "re-feed" days. I've had my best results with their strategy: great fat loss with very little strength loss. I highly recommend it.

I diet very similar to that only I've been using a full day carb load every 4'th day. I've looked at the diet and I think its a very workable plan, I think you may need more of a carb load than it recommends though.
