Tim, I noticed in a post, I presume before a workout that you drink coffee and take no other energy supplement. Does that mean that caffeine pills such as vivarin (SP) are out of the question? Sometimes I take both, but only 1 cup coffee and 1/2 caffeine pill. I guess even though the caffeine pill provides the best bang for the buck...the coffee taste better.

Caffeine pills are fine, I used them for about 3 months this year. Yes, I combined them with coffee many times, and towards the end I was having 25mg Ephedra, 400mg caffeine AND a doube Diet Rockstar! That got me buzzin' like a cheap TV! But be careful if you do the latter!

Juyst use VasoCharge. More bang for you buck! well worth the .75 cents per workout
