Right now I feel like I'm going to explode! or worse!! lol #pukeb9vn# I weighed in at 186 Sat. morning this afternoon I was 200! I do it worse then you. I weighed 235 at the show Saturday night and was 252 by Monday morning. I ate non stop for two days. I woke up twice in the middle of the night to eat. The first time I woke up, I ate a box of Cheerios and the second time almost a whole box of Raisin Bran. I can't even remember everything else I ate.

My ankles swelled like the Budweiser horses feet before I left the place. Gained 9 lbs by Monday morning. Have not gaind an ounce since then.

Joel, On October 6th, I barely weighed 160 pounds (way too low for me). This morning I weighed 195! Golden Corral is the best anabolic out there! ;D

Worst time for me was after the Julie Palmer Show Last Year!
We went to some restraunt (don't remember the name), and I ate SO much, I felt like I was going to burst!
That was the first and LAST time I will ever eat that much after a contest again!
All I could imagine was the movie ALIEN where the Alien popped out of the guys chest....I felt like something was gonna pop out of my stomach the same way!!!!

I've never done a contest, but binged many many times after a strict diet! Some feats within one meal (most meals in this period are within 30-60min of one another...no digestion time at all!): wake up with 5 PB&J sandwiches, wash down with a quart of milk, 30min later I have.... pint of Ben And Jerry's Cookie Dough Ice Cream...still hungry so I go back to the store and buy another pint and eat that all in a sitting. 30min after that, I make brownies bought from Costco, so around an hour from that last meal I ate half the pan of that and gave the rest to my roommate. An hour later, I walked to the donut shop and bought a dozen donuts; notables include maple bars, old fashioned glazed, and the sugar topped long churro looking things. About an hour and a half from there, I ordered a medium pizza from Round Table, and ate the whole thing, washing it down with a diet (of course!!!) Pepsi. 30min later, I had ordered a burrito with meat and cheese only (my usual fare) and ate it about an hour later. Somewhere in there I know there was an entire box of Golden Grahams cereal with non-fat milk too. All in one sitting, I used a giant salad bowl! ;D I seem to remember finishing this day off with a huge plate of BBQ from Everett & Jones, and having horrible Acid Reflux as I lay there falling asleep....no idea why!!! #smileydunno9gx# #bangelsmiley4td# That was ONE DAY, for the record. The other day I was in Carls Jr. recalling a meal I ate, and decided to look it up at the nutritional information poster they had. After reading the info, I decided never again will I even attempt this let alone want it. Two Double Angus Burgers plain: 1195 cals EACH. Including 110g of FAT in EACH!!!! That's 220g of FAT in one meal...and that's PART ONE!!! OMG I'm scaring myself as I type!!! One Green Burrito Beef burrito (same restaurant with CJ): 820cals, including 43g of fat) One Large Choc. Shake (this is the estimate for a Small chocolate shake from Burger King): 522cals including 22g of fat. All told that ONE MEAL was 3732cals, with a rough estimate of 285g of fat. As I look at what I wrote, I'm surprised I didn't/haven't keel over from a heart attack as I finished burger #1 let alone wash it down with a shake, another burger, and a burrito. My gosh....that's one disgusting meal!!! But at the time it tasted good!!!

OMG YB!
That's sounds gruesome...tasty...but gruesome!
I think one of the worst things I did, which my wife doesn't let me forget, was the time a contest ran extremely late, and all the local dining establishments were closed. Suffice it to say, I was STARVED!
I tore open a phone book, and found ONE pizza shop still open, and they DELIVERED TOO!
I ordered an extra large hawaiin pizza, 50 BBQ wings, and a liter of coke. The order finally arrived at what seemed forever.
I paid for the order, through the deilveryman out of the room, and woofed down everything, VERY quickly. I may have even eaten a piece of the box.
As I sat on the bed, totally gorged, my wife said, "I hope that food was really good!" I was SO stuffed I could barely breathe and talk. I told her, as I gasped for breath, "Yup!"
She said," I hope so, because when you through the money at the deliveryman to pay for that pizza, you gave him a $25.00 tip!"
Yikes...I was feeling bad up to then. Then I felt REALLY bad!!!!

LOL @tim.
Here is one. This is a true story and I have witnesses. lol
I did the Junior Nationals in 2004. I cut water and sodium way too long and was totally dehydrated. I weighed in at 225. I weighed myself Sunday morning before we left to come home and I was close to 230. It was a 13 hour drive.
When I got home I weighed myself. To my dismay, I weighed 258. I gained 28 pounds in 13 hours. We were stopping at every rest stop on the way home and I drank a ton of fluid because I was so dehydrated. I barely pissed in almost 3 days and honestly thought I had kidney failure. I was retaining so much water that I looked like a beach ball.
Well about 3 weeks later I ended up in the hospital because my heart went out of rhythm. I had to be defibulated to get it back in. My blood pressure was through the roof because I was still retaining a lot of water. I was diagnosed with a condition called atrial fibrillation and the prolonged high blood pressure triggered the irregular heartbeat.
Lesson learned. I will never do that again. I was an idiot for cutting water and sodium for so long. I have learned a lot since then. lol

Eric!
Thank God that turned out ok.
I'm sure that a few of us have seen similar things. I've been at shows where people were dropping on stage like flies.
I was at the Upper Ohio Valley last year, and the guy sitting next to me at the athletes meeting looked like death himself. Eyes sunken in, lips cracked, shaky, could barely stand, shaky voice....all for a piece of metal called a trophy.
When I start to get a little too extreme in my prep, I sometimes ask myself...What the hell am I thinking?!?

I think I overdieted too (155 is too low for me as well). Joel, it's normal. Hey, to be honest, I was 155 on Saturday and Monday night I was 174....Today I'm 164. It's funny. Yesterday I couldn't see my abs and this morning I'm ripped again...nuts how much water and sodium can do. Now I just have to stop eating natural pb....I've cleaned everything else up! LOL

I didn't gain anything for 2 days after my last show, the BAM - 15! After the show we went out for Italian. I had ravioli, pizza, mozz sticks, baked clams, cake and some Godiva I brought with me. When I got home I ate damn near every cereal and Reese's product available, as well as a ton of Halloween mini candy. Breakfast was more pizza washed down with a frapuccino.
It's been 3 weeks and my metabolism has gone nuts. I woke up in the middle of the night starving and had a bison steak and a pint of ice cream. All I do is eat, sweat, and eat again. My weight hasn't changed since the initial 15, though!!
