How long do I have after a workout before my "window of opportunity" ends?
Like can I wait 2hrs AFTER my PWO shake for my Solid meal?
I've always done PWO shake right after workout, 1hr after PWO shake I eat solid meal.

Many varied opinions on this. Most will argue that it's 90 minutes. Scivations diet and others recommend protein during and post, then solid food within t hour, so again, about 90 minutes.
What you're doing is "within the norm".
I've found that getting plenty of aminos pre/during/post is what seems to matter most for me.

It sounds like what you're doing is fine. Everyone is different and as long as you're getting results,there's no need to change.

Remember,back in the day we never heard of this so called window,we just ate real food when we got home from the gym,as did Arnold,Franco,and Sergio...............HMMMMNNNN!!

The last studies I've seen on this suggest to make sure feeding your body with 2 or 3 protein/carbs meals within the 3 hours fallowing the workout.
As far as the protein/carbs amount goes, it depends of many factors: Lean body mass, metabolism, pre-workout nutrition as Youngblood said and the workout itself.
I personnaly have a meal (shake) a couple of minutes after the workout, a solid meal a hour after and another meal 2 hours after the first meal (so 3 hours post-workout).
