IMO sounds kinda pricey. Also, when a product makes claims to make you HUGE....always makes you wonder how much is hype.....rememebr that supps are a multi million dollar industry. Does it have double blind scientific studies to back up the claims?
Remember that supps are just that....SUPPS! Nothing takes the place of normal food for nutrition and diet.
That said....
The only way to find out what works or not is to try it. What works for some, may not mork for others.
Be careful.........good luck!

I'd wanna see how much/dosage in each serving and how many servings... but that's too much hype/IMO for creatine/BCAA's/glutamine.
Frankly... I'd just get something like X-Tend for BCAA's and some basic creatine monohydrate once, like MrBeefy says, you know you have your dietary house in order.
I use Xtend and also Vasocharge which includes the creatine, beta alanine, etc. You can order the two together at places like BB.com for about $50.
