RTD's or the powder?
I use the RTD's once in a rare while when I'm in a pinch PWO. Joel uses it, it's in his diet log.

I've used Muscle Milk before. The taste is second to NONE. The Mocha Joe is my personal favorite.
But I feel it's too high in fat without enough protein to set it off- even if following a higher fat/high protein diet.
I would have the recommended serving (off the top of my head I think two scoops yielded 32g protein and 12g of fat and 16g of carbs?). I liked this, but it wasn't enough protein-certainly not enough for MY liking anyway.
So I would add a scoop or two in there, doubling the dose. This would make the protein closer to what I would want (60g) but now the fat is a whopping 24+g and 30+g of carbs. The cholesterol (which is minor issue for me, now) is low at 15mg though- so that's a plus-for me.
Overall, it is a good product and I would recommend it. BUT, I do feel there are better products out there for whatever purpose you may be using it for.
But the taste is BEST!

I agreed with YB. You can not beat the flavor. I drink the ready to drink sometimes after a workout and I might have a couple of clients to train before I can get home. Know several who drink it a lot . Can not see that the extra fat in it is hurting them any.

Good for a low carb/higher fat diet.
