I see a lot of you guys here lean towards cutting out a lot of egg yolks, and mainly eat the whites? Have you actually experienced negative effects from consuming too many whole eggs, or are you just going by what you have read from books or the internet? For the past few months i have got into the habit of eating 6 whole eggs per day. I'm now eating 12 whole eggs a day and "personally" seeing no ill effects. I was just curious to hear your thoughts and experiences on the whole eggs, versus egg whites scenario

I think whole eggs are GREAT! I eat whatever whites + Yolks I need to complete my meal.

It's simply a matter of macros. How much fat do you want in your diet and how many calories?
When I'm keeping fat to 20% or less of my dailies, an egg or two can blow past that 20% easily, especially on restricted calories.
9 eggwhites: 150 cals, 32g protein, no fat
2 eggs: 180 cals, 16g protein, 10g FAT
All depends on what kind of fuel I want in the tank that day.

I eat 10 egg whites or 1 1/C liquid egg whites, cooked in the pan. Sometimes I add mushrooms and onions.
Once in awhile I put a little ketchup on them.
I know it is gross and some people can't choke them down, I just put mind over matter and don't think about it and eat.

7 egg whites little no salt ketchup 1/4 cup oatmel w/ cinnamon 2 large cups coffee= breakfast I probably eat 4 or 5 whole eggs in a week
