For a wake up ,try this shake up ;D. Mix 1 scoop of your favorite whey protein powder 2 whole eggs(minus the shells ) 1banana 1 Tbsp. of natural peanut butter 10 oz.of fat-free milk You get over 50 grams of protein ,and it tastes pretty good too.

Great, Tim. The eggs are a top notch protein booster. A friend makes his shake with chocolate whey protein powder, and also adds the skim milk, peanut butter and banana. Says it tastes like a liquid peanut butter cup.
Will tell him about the eggs.

That's my shake, minus the peanut butter! A quick tip on whether to by chocolate or vanila whey. There are more servings in the same size containers in the vanilla, no coccoa powder. Contents are by weight so the better value is always the vanilla.

Roger there are always alarmist views of samonella poisoning from raw eggs, could happen but in 33 years of downing raw eggs in drinks I haven't seen it. Tim will back me on this one...right Tim...Tim? Raw egg whites do contain the protein "aviden" which binds "bioten" the vitamin neccessary for growth however heating the eggs a few seconds in a microwave destroys the aviden which makes that negative aspect null and void.
