Hardboil some eggs, and shell them, cut egg whites in half, discard the yolks. In a seperate bowl, mix tuna with some chopped onions, and pickles. Add in some Lite or Fat-Free mayonaise.S-p-o-o-n the tuna into the egg halves, and sprinkle lightly with paprika, salt & pepper. You get a tasty snack ,that`s high in protein and low in fat. Enjoy !!

Tim, This one sounds Y U M M Y (once you get over the tuna taste. )! You could make your own mayo with some MCT oil. I'll look for the recipe for the mayo when I get home. Tamas.

I gotta get out of this category.I haven`t eaten Mayo in months.I love it!! In fact I only ate "real" food for two days after my contest.I`m back to dry tuna, egg whites, and chicken breasts. After the next show I`m getting big no matter what. I dream about food now,and the food is not a rice cake!! ;D

Tim, Here's a guilt-free recipe for mayo from John Parrillo's cookbook: 70g egg whites 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 cup CapTri (MCT Oil) 1 tsp dry mustard Beat egg whites in blender on low speed. Add lemon juice and dry mustard. Continue to blend and slowly drizzle CapTri. Continue blending until smooth. Keep refrigerated! Makes about 1.5 cups (24 tbsp) mayonaise. Total: 1860 cals, 7.6g protein, 31.6g fat, 0.56g carbs I have yet to try this myself so I'll hold off on endorsing it. One thing's for sure though, you gotta slowly introduce the MCT oil into your diet. Tamas.
