Take a can of water packed tuna ,add in 1/2 cup of Italian Style Bread Crumbs,1/4 cup low-fat parmesan cheese,1 egg or 3 egg whites.Shapoe into two patties and cook on a low setting ,in Virgin Olive Oil. Get Huge!!

Tried this and it came out great. Can vary it with chopped chicken breast or salmon in water. Or combine the tuna and salmon for fish patties. Adding in some grated onion and garlic adds even more flavor.

Hey Tim met you at ironfreaks thought i'd go ahead and join your crew here. Love this one i'm a tuna junky so i'm always looking for new methods to fix and this one i really like, forgot about it my mom used to make them when we were kids . thanks going to try a few other recipes here MAYBE even the homemade mayo but theres nothing like BEST FOODS

Another vote for Hellmann's. They make light and fat free mayos which are very good.

wELL HELL i haven't tried hellmans i'll look for it i've tried other light or fat free mayo just cant take it down..... Thanks for the welcome ;D
