If your not feeling your oats lately.....eat some oatmeal. Oatmeal is a great bodybuilding food.To make it even better try adding raisins,thinly sliced bananas,or blueberries.Add in your favorite artificial sweetener,or try some Cary`s Sugar Free Maple Syrup.Cinnamon, or nutmeg tastes great also!If you must use milk, go for the non-fat variety!

Here's another variation:
Add 4-5 egg whites to your oatmeal. I microwave the oatmeal and egg whites until fully cooked stiring several times. Then top with fresh, seasonal berries or other fruit. I also add 3 TBS of freshly-ground flax seeds - for added fiber and omega 3's & 6's.
Sounds aweful, but really tastes quite good.

Great tips, guys. Oatmeal is a very good food. And I highly recommend the Cary's sugar free syrup. Some syrup, liberal cinnamon and some natural apple sauce added to the oatmeal makes an apple crisp type breakfast that is terrific. Good snack also.
