A healthier way to get some fries in ! Slice up some potatoes into wedges or chips.Spray cookie sheet with Pam cooking spray,arrange potatoes on sheet,spray the top of them with Pam also,sprinkle on some Cajun Spice, bake in the oven turning them once until done.A good way to get in some good carbs, without the fat of regular fries. They taste great too !!
