One of my staples for a good high protein, moderate carb meal, with minimal fats, is to take a few boneless ,skinless, chicken breasts, and cook them up in a frying pan with the ever present Pam cooking spray . Add in a couple of bags of Success brown rice ,along with some steamed green,red,and yellow peppers, with a big sliced up onion, and mix well. Add in salt,pepper, and some other of your favorite spices ,and you are on the way to building some serious size!!. You can make up quite a bit of this at a time and refrigerate it . Stay Focused .
