Protein Wheat Pancakes Ingredients:
1 cup of Whole Wheat Flour preferably Wheat Pastry Flour ¾ cup of All purpose Flour ¼ Splenda or Equal 10 oz. of water with 2 scoops of Vanilla Flavored Muscle Mike Protein Shake 4 tablespoons of “ I can't believe its not butter” 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder 1 canister of Egg Beaters equivalent to two (2) eggs.
Shift the powder ingredients into a large bowl then add in the eggs, Protein Shake & Butter substitute, mix well until smooth, set aside
Then pre-heat the skillet spray with PAM, use about a ¼ cup of the mixture to make each pancake. Pour the mix onto the heated skillet once the mix starts to bubble then flip over. Makes about 10 to 12 spongy sweet and tasty pancakes. Can be eaten alone or topped Smuckers Sugar Free Syrup or Fresh Fruit or both.

Will try this one for sure. The sugar free syrups are very good, and a sugar free jam is nice for a change. I like strawberry.
For those who like sausage with pancakes, Morningstar Farms has soy protein links and patties with sausage flavor. Very good. Not cheap, about $3.79 a box but for just an occasional indulgence. Also make hamburger and chicken flavor soy patties which are good.
