4lbs of 3% Burger 2 cans light red kidney beans 2 cans Dark Red kidney beans 1 1/2 Tub of no fat cottage cheese (light n lively) Carol Shelby Chili seasoning
Brown the burger and heat up the beans I only use the juice from 1 can of the beans the rest I drain.. I like my Chili stiff not runny..Mix it all together in a big bowl and eat up for 2-3 days. Great stuff easy to make easy to store in the fridge!

Thanks much, Tim. Sounds super. I have also used lean ground chicken or turkey breast and it is also good.
Even better, use beef and chicken combo. Nice flavor.
