Tim, hope you don't mind my plugging a friend's web site. But this is an exceptionally good one, geared to nutritious cooking for athletes. Invite everyone to check out www.stellaskitchen.comShe has great ideas for recipes high in protein and low carbs, fat and sugar. And she has handy kitchen tips and hints for shopping economically. As an athlete, she has combined her love of training and cooking into a terrific enterprise. She is also the author of "Stella's Kitchen", a handy and inexpensive cookbook with more recipe ideas. The book is available on her site or Irononline.com (publisher is Dave Draper's company, On Target Pub) or from Amazon or B&N. Book and site are excellent. Made me laugh that she named a turkey recipe after me (OK, read into that what you will! ;D). Highly recommended and well worth the time.
