Chicken breast diced up
Fried in olive oil with onion flakes and garlic powder some S&P
then add some water maybe 1/4 cup and a bunch of BBQ sauce your favorite and let simmer covered for awhile (this is how i cook theres no real time set)
then slop this over some mashed potatoes ummmm great post workout meal and it is good made it up myself the other night trying to do something with chicken thats different and easy.

Robert,It is a woman`s job,but try making my wife cook six times a day. ;D I also end up washing a lot of freakin` dishes. My job sucks!

Hey, guys. Some of the best chefs are men! But recipe sounds great. Similar to an Irish shepherd's pie, where the mashed potatoes are on top of the chicken or beef and it is baked to give the potatoes a crispier texture.

Ummmmmm forgot about that idea, i went out today to buy some beef and its very expensive now nothing under 4.99 a pound at one store except ground beef, i need to find some black market angus somewhere
