Ingredients: (Choose organic foods when possible) 2 slices 100% flourless, no-salt, sprouted grain bread 4 tbs. low-fat, low-sodium pasta sauce 2 oz. low-fat mozzarella cheese (sliced or shredded)
Directions: Lightly toast the bread in a toaster then place both slices on a plate and evenly top with pasta sauce and cheese. Place both slices in a toaster oven and top broil until the cheese melts slightly. Remove from the toaster oven and it's pizza time!
