Low -Carb Meatloaf :
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef 1 cup pork rind, crumbs 1 egg 1/3 cup tomato sauce 1/2 tea s-p-o-o-n salt 1/2 tea s-p-o-o-n pepper 2 table s-p-o-o-n parsley 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup chopped onions 1/2 tea s-p-o-o-n garlic powder
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix meat and other ingredients. 3. Shape into a firm oval loaf in shallow baking pan. 4. Bake for 1 hour. 5. Makes 6 servings. Total 11 carbs. Drain off any excess fat .
