Chicken & Rice:
Ingedients:
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts 1 onion 6 mushrooms 3 cups brown rice 1/2 cup chicken stock
Directions:
Get a deep frying pan, and start cooking the chicken. Once its almost cooked, add in the mushrooms and the onion. Lower heat. Add in about 1/2 of the stock. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until the onion and mushrooms are done. ........then add in the rice. Add in the rest of the chicken stock. Let all the liquid get absorbed by the rice. Salt & pepper to taste.

I love having chicken and rice dishes. Last night i made it with half-fat cream, onions and cranberry jelly. Ill try your way this weekend, sounds good.
