Ingredients: 16oz ground chicken breast 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tsp mustard 1 egg, lightly beaten (remove yolk) 1 red chilli, finely chopped 1 small onion, finely diced handful basil leaves, chopped
Suggested Condiments (all optional of course) Green Salad Tomatoes Jalapenos Relish Sauce Cheese ( low-fat varieities only)
1. In a large bowl mix together the ground chicken, garlic, tomato ketchup, mustard, egg (remove yolk if you please), chilli and onion.
2. Dive in with your hands and mix until the ingredients are well blended.
3. Just before cooking, add the onions and basil to the mixture and divide into even patties.
4. Cook them under a grill for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through turning half way through.

I think I just got one of those at Wendy's.. Oh, no, that was a country style chicken sandwich with fries!!! ;D
