Caribbean Ground Turkey & Rice
1lb Ground Turkey Breast (or extra lean ground turkey)
Half Lg. Onion
Lawrys Caribbean Jerk with papaya juice Marinade sauce (You can find this in any store.)
Little bit of salt and pepper and thats it
1.Cook up the Ground Turkey Breast in a skillet on the stove.
2. Cut up the onion into small pieces and put it in with the turkey, let cook for a bit until the onions are starting to brown a little
3. Add in about 5-6 TBSP of the Caribbean Sauce, and mix in to the turkey.
Let it absorb for a minute or two.
Serve over a dish or brown rice and enjoy !!

This meal is out of this world! What a great change in taste! I have used it with Turkey and Chicken. Next is ground deer...
