If any one has read "Get to know you" would know that I am a HUGE Food Network Guru and Rachael Ray fan. I LOVE TO COOK, especially healthy...try this...I did not see one like this as of yet...
Nutty Chocolate Fudge: 1 Jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme 2/3 cup fat-free evaporated milk 1/2 cup butter, cubed 2 tsp vanilla extract 3 cups (18 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips 2 cups chopped pecans OR walnuts toasted (Put in pan on low heat and toast)
Line a 9 inch-square pan with foil (can use glass) and coat foil with nonstick cooking spray: set aside. In a large saucepan, combine the marshmallow creme, evaporated milk,and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until smooth, Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate for 2 hrs or until firm. Using foil remove fudge from pan; carefully remove foil. Cut into 1 inch squares. 2-2/3 pounds.
Nutritional analysis: One piece= 70 calories 5g fat (2g saturated fat) 3mg cholesterol 16mg sodium 7g carbohydrates 1g fiber, 1g protein

I like that,one peice,as if I`d stop at one............one pan would be more like it !! ;D

Karrie that sounds great!!!! I'll definitely have Carol (my wife) make this. It's not that I can't cook (I'm a very good cook) but I can't bake!! Don't ask me why, I just can't! #smileydunno9gx#
Yup you guessed right, I'm hungry again (friggin tuna and potato!!)
