What does everyone do to spice up the plain chicken breast you eat.
I have been BBQing the chicken i eat but i am looking for a lower calorie way to add some taste, any suggestions?

It depends on what you like. I make mine a little different everyday or else I go CRAZY!!!! Here are a few things you might want to try:
1) Any seasoning blends(if you do not like salt there are salt free blends): McCormick makes a chicken blend called Grill Mates Montreal Chicken seasoning; Grill Mates Roasted Garlic and Herb; Grill Mates Spicy Montreal Steak, yes for steak, but tastes good on chicken. Any Mrs Dash brand. I really like their Garlic and herb. There are no calories, which makes them very nice.
2) Simple garlic powder and fresh cracked pepper prior to grilling.
3) Rub a little Balsamic Vinegar and a little Rosemary on chicken prior to grilling and it tastes almost sweet. If you don't like Rosemary do not use.
4) Basic chili powder and a little cumin-Mexican flavor
5) Low calorie Italian dressing. If a serving is 2 TBSP, rub 2 tbsps into chicken and grill.
I hope this was helpful. Karrie

Sometimes I use a garlic rub and grill the chicken. If you don't cook it really really fast you can use many different herbs (so they don't burn). Rub with olive oil and sprinkle herbs over the chicken.
Another thing I have done is to partially grill a chicken breast (sear the outside) and then wrap it in foil with tomato, onion ......and finish cooking.
Haven't tried fresh Basil yet. Hmmmm.

Mrs. Dash makes a few 10 minute marinades that are pretty good.
