Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
½ cup All Whites ½ cup carb countdown milk ½ cup oats 1 scoop protein powder ¼ teaspoon baking powder 1 Tbsp cocoa powder 2-3 packets of Splenda
Add all ingredients into a blender and mix for 60 seconds. Pour about 1/3 of a cup into the center of a heated Teflon pan. Wait until bubbles poke through the center and stay "open" then flip. Cook for an additional 30-60 seconds. Pulse the blender for a few seconds so the oats don't settle and repeat. Add a little sugar free syrup or jam on top.
