This one is very good!! I have not made it in a while and I came across it today, and I knew I had to post it!
3/4 cup orange juice 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce 2 TBSP brown sugar-may use brown sugar substitute 2 TBSP prepared mustard 1 TBSP canola oil 2 garlic cloves minced 1 beef flank steak (1 1/2 pounds)
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients; add flank steak. Seal bag and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting grill. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steak covered over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until desired tenderness (for rare, meat thermometer should read 140'; for medium, 160'; well done 170'). Let stand for ten minutes before slicing. VERY IMPORTANT-WITH FLANK STEAK IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO BE GRILLED TO WELL DONE IT WILL BE TOUGH. Nutrition: 3 ounces cooked beef=206 calories, 10 g fat (4 g saturated), 59 mg cholesterol, 305 mg sodium, 4 g carbs, trace fiber, 23 g protein.
