anyone have some recipies that are really good for buling, esp crock pot stuff? single guy here doing two-a-days so not alot of time.

Brock, I can certainly help you, but I need to know a little more info. Everyone has their own "bulk up" food, so what are you looking for? I have recipes out the ying-yang...literally. I'd be more than happy to assist you.

Basically, do you want recipes that have all the nutrional content ie: are you wanting to count protein, carbs etc. Or are you just wanting regular meals ie: Beef brisket ( in crock pot), crock pot spaghetti sauce. I have a crock pot cook book with recipes for roasts, chicken pork chops etc. I have basically anything you can think of. Let me know and I will get you what you need!!!!!

Hi Karrie- keeping protien at 400 to 500 grams per day, complex slow burning carbs and leafy grees - however much i can handle.
the key is to eat like a 220 lb man.
