My wife made this for methe other night for my salad. It has zero carbs and good fats in it. Here it is:
Salad Dressing Ingrediants: 1 cup olive oil 1 cup splenda 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 1/2 cup chopped red onion 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
0 protein/ 0 carbs/ 5.6g fat per tbsp 0/0/1.86g fat per teaspoon
The fats in it are good fats from olive oil. It doest take a lot on a salad either to give it a great taste...
