Depends on your bodybuilding goals. To be honest with you - nothing beats the following:
Fat Free Butter Spray Salt Pepper
Mmmmmmmmmm
If youw ant you could use 2% cheese or fat free cheese w/ bacon bits. Or you could get turkey bacon and bake it and make bacon bits like that. I'd stay away from mixing carbs and fat though if at anyway possible - most of the time.

I Can't Believe It's Not Butter is a good one. If I'm baking them, I like to dice em' up with a few squirts of PAM, sprinkled with a little pepper and chili powder. Damn good and better then french fries!

IF your not cutting, or have insulin sensativity...I use natural honey on mine.........YUM!
