People ask me about these alot, so I figured I would throw the recipe out there:
6 egg whites 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese 1/2 cup oats 2 tblspn's ground flax 1 Tspn ground physilliuym husk
All in blender. Then I just spray a pan, heat it a bit and pour the whole thing on. On med heat. I let it sit until one side cooks. Then I flip it over turning heat way down (Even off sometimes) let it sit a bit to cook the other side. Then I tear it up with a pizza cutter and throw it in tupperware. Heat it up in the micro in the morning.

P 40 grams C 40 grams F 5-10 grams

Sounds good! Do you by chance know the calories for one pancake? I ran the numbers. Looks like the batch is: ~450 calories 44g pro 40g carb 12 g fat Macros of 40/36/24 So, cut into sixths it'd be 75 calories each.

Made some pancakes this morning! I gotta hand it to everyone, I just found a great breakfast meal that's enjoyable and tastes so damn good! haha .. ate it post workout so i had a cup of oats - 5 whites 1 whole - 1 tbsp of natty pb - 1 scoop of whey .. blended it together and there it was ... a great breakfast! Thanks everyone.
