Here are some of my favorite ingredients aside from milk and protein powder:
frozen/fresh berries esp raspberries and blueberries ground almonds(makes it thicker and gives a bit of essential fats) ground linseed(flax) fruit yogurt passionfruit a hit of coffee(made to a paste with hot water) cocoa(or diet hot chocolate powder) crushed pineapple(with vanilla pp and no milk,just yogurt)

Thanks Beckie, I'll try those the coffee one I would have never thought of even here in the coffee capital. Karrie, I'm looking for any recipies for variety fruit, lo cal etc. Thanks much for the recipies

Here are three for you. If you like them I have quite a few more. Blueberry Fruit smoothie 1 cup red-fat vanilla ice cream 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries ½ chopped fresh or frozen peaches, thawed ½ cup pineapple juice In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth Serve immediately 1 cup= 149 calories; 2 g fat, 7mg cholesterol; 30 g carbs; 3 g protein and 2 g fiber Strawberry smoothie 3 cups sliced strawberries 1 cup (8oz) fat free vanilla yogurt 1 cup fat free milk 2 TBSP nonfat dry milk powder 2 TBSP sugar 2 TBSP reduced-sugar strawberry fruit spread or all fruit In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth Serve immediately. 1 cup=153 calories, trace of fat; 3 mg cholesterol; 32 g carbs; 3 g fiber and 6 g protein Banana cocoa smoothie 1 cup (8oz) fat free vanilla yogurt ¾ cup fat free milk 1 medium ripe banana, frozen and cut into chunks 3 TBSP sugar-free chocolate drink mix ¼ tsp vanilla extract In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth Serve immediately. 1 cup=155 calories; 1 g fat; 3 mg cholesterol; 30 g carbs; 21 g fiber and 7 g protein
