Let's say your diet calls for a 4oz sweet potato.
Use 2 oz for your meal and then make the other 2 oz into a yummy dessert!!! I just made my Tuna Brisket followed by this:
2 oz. Sweet Potato (microwaved, until soft, then peeled) A few squirts I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Super Stevia Powdered Extract (bought at Trader Joes) Vanilla Extract 1 Tbsp Sugarfree Butterscotch Pudding Mix 1/2 cup water
Mash sweet potato and then whip all ingredients with a wire whisk until most lumps are removed. If you really want to get decadent, try the blender for a really smooth texture.
A great way to get in a meal followed by dessert!!!!!!! Yum
