This would work with any kind of whitefish, but it's especially good with orange roughy!!!
McCormick salt-free lemon pepper seasoning Minced garlic Lemon juice
Pile the minced garlic (I use 1-2 tsp/filet) on the fish. Spritz w/lemon juice, then POUR on the seasoning. Bake until done. (I bake 2 six oz. pieces at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.)
This really has a nice flavor...and smells WONDERFUL---for real!!! And, it has a nice crust on the outside, which makes it LOOK a bit more appetizing!!!
