6 oz can white tuna, drained 1/4 onion, diced 1/4 bell pepper, diced 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. Walden Farms Calorie Free BBQ Sauce 1/8 to 1/4 c. water Garlic Powder Pepper Dash Liquid Smoke (optional) Dash Splenda (optional)
Coat a skillet with Pam, add onions, bell pepper, liquid smoke garlic powder and sautee.
Add drained can tuna and splenda. sautee one more minute.
Add BBQ sauce. Saute. Reduce heat to low when you add bbq sauce, otherwise it will burn.
Saute and serve on your carb of choice!
I threw in a 4 oz diced sweet potato and it was SOOOO YUM!!!
p.s. you can also leave out the bell pepper and it will taste just as good!!
