You will need: One big yam or a couple little ones Splenda Cinnamon Aluminum foil Outdoor grill
Wash your yam and cut it up into little cubes, whatever size you like. Don't you dare take the skin off, because it is the best part! Toss it with splenda and cinnamon to taste, making sure that it is coated all over. Pile it in the center of a piece of foil and fold up the sides so it is an enclosed packet of yammy goodness.
Put this on the grill before your meat and veggies, because it takes the longest to cook. Check it after 20-30 minutes, and it is done when it is soft and steamy. You will smell cinnamon coming out of the grill!
Some people like their yams with onions and non-sweet flavors, but to me that is just weird. Kidding! This will work seasoned however you like, I just prefer splenda to pretty much everything!
