*For all the non-dieters right now & anyone craving PB, I thouhgt I'd post a healthier alternative!!
PB Oatmeal Cookies Makes 24 Cookies 1/2 c natty PB crunchy or smooth 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 egg white 1 c rolled oats 1 c oatflour 1/2 c Splenda 1/4 c unsweetened applesauce 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 c raisins (optional) water as needed
1. Mix dry stuff together 2. Mix wet stuff together 3. Combine both dry & wet 4. S out 24 cookies on to sprayed baking sheet, bake 325, 10-15 min. until done
Per Cookie Calories 62 Fat 3g Carb. 7.2g Fiber 1.2g Protein 2.5g
If you add 1/2 c raisins Calories 71 Fat 3g Carb. 9.5g Fiber 1.4g Protein 2.7g
