Whipped Pumpkin Pie Yams
4 or 5 large sized yams pumpkin pie seasoning splenda or equal to sweeten (I use quite a few packets) cinnamon Optional: Spray butter, Sugar Free/Calorie Free Pancake Syrup
1) Boil the yams until you can easily put a fork through them. 2) Drain excess water and leave a little water at the bottom of the pot to make them a little more moist. 3) Add the pumpkin pie seasoning and splenda. 4) Take a potato masher or electric mixer and mix until it forms a whipped texture. Approximately 3-5 minutes. 5) Put a half cup of yams in a bowl, sprinkle cinnamon over the top. Spray butter or calorie free pancake syrup are optional to add yummy flavor if you would like. 6) Enjoy!!!!
