Here is a great recipe that makes diet easier. Coco milk chicken recipe: Ingredients: -1 can of light coco milk -2 table spoons of 100% natural peanut butter -1 table spoon of curry paste (spicy or not) -4 to 6 chicken breasts Steps: 1) Dice the chicken breast On the oven 2) Cook (spray some PAM) them in a large stove (approx 10 min, covert) 3) In a seperate stove, boil the coco milk, the curry and the peanut butter 4) When boiled, add the previous mix into the chicken stove and cook it approx 10 min (covert it). Enjoy it! Mo can't live without it!!! Marie-Eve

For each chicken breast, you'll have someting like 47g of protein, 5g of carbs… and the fat you usually have in your chicken breast (maybe 6g) + the other ingredients fat (maybe 1g) per chicken breast
