I see potential in one of my friend in being able to compete in Fitness.
She has Strength to hold herself up in certain handstand only positions...she is a breakdancer/dancer.
Just wondering how does one start training to go into Fitness competitions. Do they train like a bodybuilder???
Are there certain strength movements the person has do like one arm pushups??

YES! Big Difference! Have her check out Mike Davies site below. He's one of the best in the Biz for figure and fitness....almost ALL the top girls at the Olympia are his. He has girls flying in from places like Chekoslavakia(sp?), just to train with him! I trained with him for my first 18 months.
