My girlfriend is looking for a simple workout she can do at home, preferably in her bedroom.
I can lend her some light dumbells.
She's a little resistant about going out running but I recon I could convince her to!

Treadmill?
Resistance bands?
What are her goals?

LOL sorry I didn't mean it like that... I won't make any joke it will just be TMI!
Um, she just wants to "get fit", she doesn't really need to lose weight but her general fitness isn't very good, lol.
I'm thinking along the lines of some ab work and a few light db exercises but was wondering if anyone already had a little workout set out all nice and purty.

something like this maybe:(as a circuit) Db shoulder press DB side raises pressups bent over rows dips(off a chair) DB curls static lunges(in one spot) plie squats crunches Maybe just 3 sets of 10-12 with 1 min rest in between each circuit

Tricep kick backs front lateral raises DB calf raises on steps Hammer curls to alternate between regular db curls 2 arm over head ext with db for tri's Just a few more ideas ;D ;D
