In my opinion she should........I would do chest & back on Sun.,shoulders & abs on Mon.,and arms on Tues.,..........no ;eg work or cardio so her legs don`t retain fluid.

(As per your PM Rubicon)
The only thing that I would do differently is to take Sunday completely off as competition day is very stressful and taxing physically, emotionally, and psychologically. I feel at least a full day's rest is needed in this case.
Then, I would split the upper body into 3 parts and cover them on M, T, W, with Th and Fri off.
Just my 2 cents.
