I`m in the process of writing a 3 part article for a website .I have part one already finished, and it will include everything a person needs to know, in my opinion, about getting ready for their first contest .It covers everything from buying posing trunks, to dieting, to applying tanning color to your physique, posing routines, and everything in between.I`ll keep anyone who`s interested posted on my progress.

For sure, Tim. Please keep me posted. I'm doing weekly articles for Chuck's forum on the presentation aspect, which is aimed at beginners. Maybe two heads would be twice as good as one here.

Great Ger, I just sent it to my webmaster yesterday,I`ll let you know when it`s online!
Have you done an article for Chuck`s forum yet,I`ve been having computer problems and haven`t been over there in a couple of days?

The article is just what the doctor ordered. I am interested and would appreciate information. If you want a beginner to review and provide questions and feedback I am happy to volunteer.

Axgar, a person that owns another board asked me if I would be interested in writing the article in a 3 part series.I thought it was a good idea so when I submitted part 1 he never got back to me at all .I guess he didn`t like the article. ;DI think it`s pretty informative for anyone interested in competing. It should be on my website later this week if all goes OK.I`ll keep you informed when my webmaster notifies me that he has added it to the site.

Tim,
Where's the 3-part series? Not on any other sites? Is it on this WONDERFUL board? You're the man, keep helping all us newbies so we can pass on the info!

Guy`s, I`m still working on the article but it`s taking me longer than I expected.
The training part of it is getting kind of long but I do not want to omit anything so sometime this week it WILL be done!!

Sorry `bout that bro!! ;D
I had lost interest and had to write a few monthly articles for the sites I write for,so I put it on the back burner.
I`ll make a conscience effort to get going on it again this week.
I was kinda`hoping no one would notice and call me on this! ;D
