Men's show was rather thin. More in novice than open. A few novice competitors crossed over to open and did well. My pal Chris' friend Lou Rodea (not sure of spelling) won novice and open hw.
There were no bantams or supers in novice or open. Overall open winner was in good shape, again not sure of spelling Rich Pachiccio (lhw). Have guys getting NQ who were subpar.
Masters was not much better. Over 35 and overall winner Al Rivera was very good. Tim, Given your Eastern USA condition you would have won or worst be 2nd in 45+. John Sansone, who won 45+, looked good. But other two did not belong on stage. One of them had love handles and could not pose well and crowd was laughing. Heard someone say "I paid $35 to see this?" But with only 3 guys he gets 3rd place trophy. That's the real joke!!
