I'll keep this thread as the one that I might be askin' for advice.. or to let out a slight vent on my friggin' diet.. LoL.. actually, it hasn't been that bad at all.. seemed a lot harder '13' years ago.. Anywayz, I only put on '3'lbs since the last contest (June 26th), and no I haven't strayed from my diet at all.. well, ok, except for the LAST time I posted up and was engorging myself in them blueberry pancakes.. heheheh.. mmmmm mmmmm M!!
Well needless to say that since that exact day they're gone, and back to the chicken, salads, oatmeal, dozen eggs (no whites, except for '2' of'm) etc.. Now here's the deal Tim, I think from what I can tell from the pix from the show that I came in almost too lean, and flat as hell, it was like I was fuller and harder 4 days before the show and then somehow lost it. I figured I either panicked from wanting my lower abs to be completely gone and then went berzerk on the cardio, or when I sh*tloaded I did "touch" a little liquid, namely small sips of ice tea... and this was the night before the show.. I couldn't help it man, sh*tloading is crazy, how the hell are you supposed to inhale all that friggin' food and have nothin' to drink ?? THAT KILLED ME !!
So, the goal this time out is to keep the fullness without goin' flat, and dry out like a bone but have hellu' vascularity, I plan on hit'n Taraxatone 48 hours out this time around vs. the 24 that I did for the last show.. I'm eating apprx. 5 to 6 times daily and am at a gallon of day on the water, cuz it takes water to get rid of water.. believe, I've been paying close attention to the gospel..
Ok then Tim (& fellaz), i'll check back in soon, gotta get ready for work right now, but just bear with me and lets see if I can't dial this damn thing in on the money!!...............................lata'.
