whats up board today i hit shoulders hi-volume style using the old school flushing principle it was awesome the only side effect is my arms are stuck in a permanent type writing position but im going back to hit triceps tonight ;D

whats up board i hit shoulders last night started off with a flushing principle warmup then went to the max with deadlifts barbell rows lat pull downs di the barbell rows and latpulldwons dorian style with a underhandgrip overall great workout but im sore as hell i dont know how many hours later and it feel like the blood hasnt left my back or traps yet ;Di love it

great workout today started power week to try and hold on to mass decided to work out in the basement today to get that old school rockywarrior attitude workout went well not great felt a little sluggish but pushed thru and finished with cardio
positives:dam i feel tight all over like i got lil arny on my back(what a pump) negatives:didnt get 300 on the deadlift ill get it next workout bros

whats up bros i hit the delts today and everything felt so damn light soi kept adding weight till i got to my 4 rep max 200 on the military press not super heavy but okay considering i feel like im dying everyday (okay hold on no excuses knoc get your ass up everybody wants to be a bodybuilder no one wants to lift no heavy weights )i got the upright rows for 240 only my second time ever doing these for 8 reps my third set diet was pretty much egg whites turkey bacon and chicken breast plus good ole brocoli veggie tales
positive:i feel like a beast right now even though i want to go to sleep i wanna throw on a tank top and go walk around negatives:im still having trouble getting in enough calories and water

Those are damn good poundages bro!! Cary a 20 oz. water bottle with you evereywhere you go and re-fill that bad boy as needed. Water is going to be very important for the show! JUST DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks for all the support todays the day off so im just waiting to eat and fighting the temptation to train i keep telling myself rest is important but im thinking hey im only 24 ill rest when im dead whats a prince to do tempted to do cardio but on the advice of our next mod im not probably just hit my abs to im exhausted and listen to the quran
