or you can do what i do for water and carry around a gallon. thats what i do at school, it works out well

Wed./Quads,Hamstrings,Calves: Squats-4x15,12,10,20 Hack Squats-4x15,12,10,12 Lunges-4x12-15 highlight:400 pound hack squat 150 pound barbell walking lunges
negatives:felt a little sick today but i think its the good sick the bruise on my forearm is not going away
cardio 30 mins. on treadmill holding on i could barely stand postworkout meal chicken breast 5 grams of glutamine 3 tabs of lysine 1 tab of vitamin c 2 tabs of b-complex
sorry guys ive been so lazy about posting i usally dont have much time to sit down so i usally just sneak a peek but i promise updates at least every 2 days right now im not using anything probably wont until about 12 weeks out thanks to my coaches:ski,aflex,and hoss
