I did a leg workout the other day. My show is Sat Oct. 30 a few days away. I did so many ways over the years, this one was cool. I started with leg presses 3 warm up sets as I always do. Then I put 3 plates on each side I lowered the plate to the stops and rested the weight on it for a 2 count, I did as many as I could. Stood up and flexed as hard as I could for 45 seconds. I then added a plate to each side did the same thing until failure, I then took off a plate from each side and did it again right away til failure then took another plate off and did reps normal FULL range till failure then stood up and flexed them straight for 2 minutes. I did this again. after leg presses I did 3 sets of leg curl and extensions (super set), with flexing legs in between each set for 1 minute. My legs were toast that night. Just thought I would share what I thought felt good.

It's the Monster Mash NPC in cincy Ohio. Actually it is a warm up show for the one in Atlantic City Nov. 13th. The one in Atlantic City is an NABBA show The North American BB Championships at the Trump Plaza. The top placers get invited to the World Nationals. I don't really plan on winning my class. I am trying to get my name out there as much as possible and get more experience in bigger shows. I will place good though I really think. It goes by height not weight which REALLY scares me. I have always competed in shows that were wt class oriented.

I think you should do well, you have a real good physique. I like weight classes better too though! Another board member here, hossjob is also doing the show. If you look around the board you`ll be able to find his threads concerning the contest. Keep us updated. Good luck and stay focused!!
