Tim & da fellaz (& ladies):
Well, here we go again!!.. damn I love this sport.. 14 weeks and counting, actually just slightly less than.. at 195 @ 10% and not gonna even worry about being a middle or lightheavy this time around.. the condition is gonna be the tell-tale... and I can't wait !!.. So Tim, you know the deal, i'll be here in and out with a question or two (as always) and more than anything for a lil' down to earth support from the athletes that continue to make this sport/lifestyle the best on the planet.. Take care and i'll check in again soon.. ...............lata'.

Tim: Yeahyeah, I know.. i've been so friggin' busy with work and bein' a family man that sometimes I forget all the other details of my life..yikes!!.. So lets see, i'm gonna be doin' battle at the Oregon State June 18th about 12 blocks away from my house (talk about being in my own backyard) at the Parkrose High School Auditorium (sweet facility).. coincidently, that's where Christina goes to school so i've had a chance to see the venue firsthand .. Trust Tim, i'll be here more and more, i'd go into details about the past 1/2 year but it's been pretty brutal.. raising a gorgeous teenage girl is kickin' my ass.. LoL !!.. Already i'm cravin' them damn blueberry pancakes.. LMMFAO!!.. for some reason I think it's gonna be ez'r this time around.. glad ya haven't forgotten me......take care now................lata'. Well lets see.. I went out for what was supposed to be a 2mile mt. bike cruise, but ended up being a 10mile down and back , and stopped to pay hommage to my ol' gym that I used to manage.. good memories for sure.. Anywayz, I'm talkin' to the owner which also happens to be my former trainer and boss from back in the day.. He sez that I got my butt kicked at the Oregon St. last year cuz everyone else was geeked up and I was a natty.. Well here's where I run into trouble, I truly believe that I can hang in there with the more enhanced fellaz, you seen my pix from the last contest and noted that I had improved from previously.. So what'cha think ?? Think from what you can remember that I could deal ? Or am I wayyyyy out there with no chance of returning ?? LoL !!.. I know it is a pretty nutz idea even thinking of competing against those guys, but then again at the same time if the mind truly has no limits then what the hell ??.. know what i'm sayin' ?? I am fully aware (kind of) that there comes a point in time where to do things naturally vs. the enhanced hits a block.. but like I said, kind of.. And THIS Tim is my daily battle!!... LoL !!.. I wanna compete against those guys so badly, it's really one of my main reasons for lifes drive, but I got the feeling after visiting briefly with my ol' boss this mornin' that not only was it impossible but a waste of time... I DON'T BELIEVE IT !!!!!!!!!.. I get so friggin' head-strong about my beliefs that sometimes I wouldn't mind an open honest opinion.. and that's where any of you can chime in, especially you Tim.. So listen, i've rambled on long enough.. LoL.. can't help it, sometimes I just got sh*t on my mind... talk to ya soon.................Ez!

Marques,in essence,the only person you are actually competing against is yourself...................trying to top your condition in your last show.
You never know who takes what in any organization.................natural or not.
Don`t sweat the uncontrollables,just get in your lifetime best shape..............that`s all you can really do anyway!
Oh yeah,use your former trainers negativaty to fuel your workouts...............I love to prove people wrong who doubt my ability.................you should to.
He`s not positive so avoid him until after you get your trophy.......................no one needs to hear negative comments when entering a contest,even if his opinions were good intentioned.
Mind games are one thing no one needs during a contest prep.

I'll tell ya this much.. i'm in for a slight break from layin' out in the sun to work on the darkness factor, and THIS is what I had a gut feeling about.. and believe, the gas is pouring into the tank for a nice 14 week tour!!.. In the end, I WILL WIN !!.. regardless of placing, your right, the only person I battle is myself, and really that's how it goes onstage... glad ya feel where i'm comin' from.......speak to ya soon......................and thanks..................lata'.

Hey now... down to 12 !!!!.. have lost somewhere around 4lbs in the past 2 weeks to be at an even 192.. so far so good, don't have any weird diet fx yet.. LoL .. I know I know, it's gonna be a bit, but hey Tim, you know what i'm cravin' dont'cha ?? hahahahah, but, NO WAY !!.. chicken, salads, grapefruits, broc, etc.. oh yeah, and HELLU' protein shakes, mmmmmmm.... that TrueProtien stuff is tastaaay.. well listen, just a quickie check in to let ya'll know I haven't comitted suicide or held up any Krispy Kreme joint or anything like that.. LoL... k then, i'm out for now.........................Ez!

Slight question for ya'z:
Now concerning my diet, my metabolism isn't lightning in a bottle (but close).. at work I get lunch and 2 20min. breaks, at lunch time I'm downing my chicken breasts, salad, protein shake, water & coffee.. BUT, at break-time I usually down an orange (or grapefruit), protein shake, coffee and (don't kill me for this) a PB&J.. very thin on the jam, and more PB than anything else, on a multi-grain whole-wheat.. the question is this, at 12 weeks out am I still safe with the PB & J's or do they need to go bye-bye ??.. You'd think after all these years of training and dieting I'd have the answer to this but at times I just like to know other people opinions just to kinda compare where i'm at, if ya follow what i'm sayin'..
Tim: your years, your experience tells me you'd have very sound advice on this matter.. get back to me when ya can.. in the meantime "TICK TICK TICK"!!!!.. btw, have ya tried TrueProtein yet ??.. good good stuff bra', if you haven't you should, and at the least check out their website Trueprotein.com.. very very reasonable prices and extremely high quality stuff, including Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE for short, LoL)..............Ez!
PS- one thing I forgot to mention, I work in the shipping & receiving dept. at a very large Fruit & Veg. warehouse (10 hour shifts, 4 days a week) and burn hellu' calories when i'm not riding around on my forklift.. when i'm not on it i'm usually stacking pallets of product or rotating product, anything from boxes weighing 10lbs up to 50lb bags of onions or potatoes.. in other word.. LOTS of weight per night.. just so ya know I don't sit behind a desk pushing a pen or something.. LoL!!..........later.

I get nothin' for promotin', I just call it how I see it, and right now (and for the past year) i've seen some pretty solid results, and the best part is I know it's the real-deal and not some magazine hyped up shyt.. take it for what it's worth.. im jealous of your metabolism, if anything dont have the pb&j so u can suffer like the rest of us LOL JK....
