Hey all,
I am doing a transformation show in 7 weeks. My fitness buddy trains people for contests and such and he asked me if I wanted to be in it. So the last few days I have cut back to lean out. This is what my typical day is. Every 2-4 hours is eating...
wake up: 1/2 oats dry, whey shake in skim milk, banana
meal2: usually a tall glass of skim milk
meal 3: either the same or tuna fish/chicken, and some lettuce
meal 4: oats and milk again with a banana
meal 5: can vary from veggies and chicken, to tuna, or rice and some other kind of meat
meal 6: whey and skim milk usually
meal 7: pre bed.... low fat cottage cheese, or another whey shake.
this is just a very rough sketch, I normally switch it up and change a few things but this is the average day. I don't mind it cause I use equal on my oats and fat free butter spray.
I do think im drinking to much dairy/and shakes. So I may get some eggs for egg whites at some point.
I am noticing some leanness; I want to get as lean as possible.

By the way, i drink TONS of coffee! and I drink alot of fluids from water, and diet sodas, and sparkling waters
